About MBF Sports Netball Development Camp

Sessions led by Becky Darnell and team. Becky Is a local I’m a Secondary PE Teacher with experience coaching school academies and age-group teams. A coaching highlight was leading one of my teams to the Sister n Sport National Final. 

MBF Sports Ltd is co-owned by Tim West and Ben Stevens, two passionate professionals committed to nurturing future stars.

At MBF Netball, the focus is on developing core skills such as passing, footwork, shooting and match play, while most importantly helping girls build confidence and enjoy their netball.

Meet the Team

• Tim West: With over 15 years of grassroots coaching experience, Tim—also known as Timmy or Turner—holds UEFA B certification, Youth Module 3, FA Futsal Level 2, and Talent ID 1. His expertise and enthusiasm make him a key figure in developing young talent.

• Ben Stevens: Formerly part of the Luton Town U23 squad, Ben—affectionately called Benny or Stevo—now plays STEP 5 football for Real Bedford. As our resident tekkers coach, he brings unmatched skills and insights. Fun fact: Ben scored against West Ham United in the FA Youth Cup! He also holds FA Level 2 certification.
