Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 48 hours before the camp:
  No charge. You may cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Within 48 hours of the Camp:
  Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24–48 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the Camp price.

• Within 24 hours of the Camp:
  Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the camp will be charged 100% of the camp price.

No-Shows

• Failure to attend a scheduled camp without prior notice will be charged at full price.
